Bridging the Gap
In Canada, 1 in 5 children live at or below the poverty line, and over 24 months of disrupted learning from the pandemic has pushed many of these children closer to the edge:
Declining literacy scores have left children struggling to keep up
Mental health challenges are appearing at increasingly younger ages
In response, Start2Finish has launched the “Keep the Lights On” project to give children a fighting chance.
