They are creative in their approach to inform communities about the volunteer opportunities, community initiatives and programs we provide at Start2Finish. Community ambassadors are passionate about child well-being and want to help expand our network of volunteers, community and fundraising partners.

Master Trainers are experienced leaders who are passionate about child development and team mentorship. They play a key role in training, equipping, and supporting our Club Coaches, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality programming. Master Trainers help build confident teams and create engaging environments where children can grow. Their leadership strengthens the impact of our programs across the country.

Start2Finish volunteers bring energy, compassion, and encouragement to the heart of our programs. Whether you're cheering kids on at our 5K Running & Reading Challenge or supporting weekly Club sessions, your involvement helps create safe, empowering spaces where children can build confidence and thrive. Volunteers play an essential role in fostering literacy, leadership, and lifelong well-being through hands-on support, mentorship, and community-building.
