Corporate Engagement
Your organization can play a powerful role in supporting youth and education by helping remove barriers that prevent young people from learning and thriving. Companies can invest in school supplies, and technology such as laptops, internet access, and learning software, especially for students in underserved communities. When companies align these efforts with community needs and listen to youth voices, CSR becomes more than a marketing activity—it becomes a sustained investment in the next generation and a healthier, more skilled society. If you want your organization to make a real tangible impact, help us keep the lights on.
Corporate volunteering is when a company supports employees in doing volunteer work for community organizations, as part of its social impact or corporate social responsibility program. Start2Finish offers many opportunities for company and corporate volunteering including:
Employer-supported volunteering: employees volunteer on their own time, the company promotes, matches hours with donations, or recognizes participation.
Company-organized volunteer days: teams volunteer together during work hours (community events).
Skills-based (pro bono) volunteering: employees use professional skills—like marketing, design, finance, legal, or IT—to help an organization.
Longer-term partnerships: ongoing volunteering tied to a specific nonprofit or cause the company supports.
