Trauma Informed Movement: Embodiment

$0.00

The objective of these activities is to help students get connected with their bodies. Embodiment is "the lived experience of being a body engaging with the social world around us."

Our minds and bodies are connected, and what happens in one affects the other. Did you know our bodies send more information to our brain than our brain sends to our bodies? Our bodily sensations can tell us a lot about how we are feeling and what we might be needing - especially when we have gone through a trauma and are going through the process of healing.
