Training Tips


With busy schedules and lots of obligations, training can prove difficult, but we are here to help!  Regardless if you are new to running or a seasoned veteran, here are some good programs to get you ready for race day!

  1. Cool Running (marathon, half marathon, 10k and 5k - all levels).

  3. If you live in Ottawa, K2J Fitness has a half and full marathon running clinic starting in February.
